App Lock

Use your device security to log in to your app for quicker but secure access. This only applies to mobile devices.

Setting up App Lock

  1. Go to Menu (3 bars/email or name in the top bar) → Profile (person icon) → Security settings (gear icon).

  2. Select App Lock.

  3. The app will ask you to log in using the default device security you use; this could be biometric, such as Face ID or something you have to enter, such as a PIN.

Logging in using App Lock

  1. Close down the app. If you re-open the app within 10 minutes, you will not need to log in.

  2. You will be asked to enter that device security to go directly in to the app
  3. If you want to log out of your App fully, go to Menu (3 bars/email or name in the top bar) → Log out. When you log in next, you need to complete all your security settings.
