What are Lots?—Simply, this is an individual investment you made; it could be 1 share or 10 shares, but the Lot was made in the same exchange. A Lot is important for a number of reasons.
- The share maturity is based on the purchase of the Lot. All the shares made within that Lot will mature at the same time. The maturity date is against each lot
- When you sell shares, we use a First In, First Out (FIFO) system, selling your oldest shares first. This avoids selling shares that have yet to generate income and making you a loss.
Dividend projections—Based on previous fund performance, such as historic occupancy levels, MoreHarvest predicts what you can expect from your current investment. These are predictions and not guarantees of income.
