MoreHarvest recommends using the default Passwordless security as the most secure means of accessing your account. Once a password is set, you will no longer receive Passwordless email unless you have forgotten your password.
You can only set this up in your Web account, not from your device App, but once set, both Web and App accounts will request your password.
Before you begin
You must have set up your Authentication app before you can set a password. We ask you to do this in the event you forget your password; you will need to log in using Passwordless with a 2-factor authentication set-up. This will allow you to log in and change your password.
Creating a password
- Log in to your Web account. Go to Menu (email or full name in the top banner) → Profile (person icon) → Security settings (gear icon).
- Make sure the Authentication app is on (the toggle is green).
- Select Use a password.

Enter a password (14 characters minimum).
- Re-enter password.
- Select Confirm.
- In the Security settings toggle is now on.
- To verify, go to Menu → Profile → Log out → Log in.
- Enter your password and get redirected to your Two-Factor Authentication.
- Save your password to your device keychain/password manager, and select Remember password.
- Add to a keychain or password manager.
Forgotten your password
If you have set up a password but have forgotten it, you must sign in using a Passwordless login and your authentication app.

Log in → enter your email.
- Select Log in with your email.
- Go to your inbox and find the email from MoreHarvest → select the link.
- Continue to your Two-Factor Authentication.
Updating your password
- Log in to your Web account. Go to Menu (email or full name in the top banner) → Profile (person icon) → Security settings (gear icon).
- Select Change password.

- Select Confirm.
Disabling your password
- Log in to your Web account. Go to Menu (email or full name in the top banner) → Profile (person icon) → Security settings (gear icon).
- Select the green toggle to off.
- Go to your inbox and find the email from MoreHarvest → select the link.
- To verify, go to Menu (email or full name in the top banner) → Profile (person icon) → Security settings (gear icon).
- The password toggle is off.
